Day 01: IXB (Bagdogra) – Gangtok

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our representative and transfer to Gangtok.

Enjoy a scenic drive through beautiful hills and rivers. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.

The evening is free for leisure.

Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 02: Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion (Nathula Pass – Optional)

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake), a beautiful high-altitude glacial lake.

Continue your journey to Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir.

An optional visit to Nathula Pass (Indo-China Border, approx. 14,000 ft.) can be arranged at an additional cost for Indian Nationals only. (Closed on Monday & Tuesday)

Return to Gangtok by evening.

Enjoy free time for shopping at MG Marg.

Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 03: Gangtok – Darjeeling

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Darjeeling.

Enjoy scenic mountain views en route.

Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.

The evening is free for leisure.

Day 04: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

Early morning, visit Tiger Hill to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Kanchenjunga.

After breakfast, visit:

• Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park
• Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday)

Later, visit:

• Tea Gardens
• Ghoom Monastery
• Batasia Loop
• Japanese Temple

In the evening, you may also explore local markets such as Chowk Bazaar.

Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 05: Darjeeling – IXB (Bagdogra) Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) for your onward journey.

Important Notes

• Rooms are Non-AC at hill stations.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, toy train rides, and porterage are not included.
• Additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage other than mentioned in the itinerary will be chargeable.
• Entrance fees and guide charges are extra.
• Room heater charges are not included.
• Insurance is not included.
• Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to increased transportation or land arrangement costs prior to departure will be chargeable.

Payment Policy

• Confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 25% of the total package cost, payable immediately.
• Balance payment must be paid in advance within the timeline provided at the time of confirmation.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment source and may take up to 15 days, issued through A/C payee cheque only.
• Any amendment in the booked tour will be treated as a cancellation. However, minor amendments may be made with a ₹2,000 communication charge, along with applicable hotel charges (varies case to case).
• No refund will be provided for any unutilized services after commencement of the tour, regardless of the reason.

Terms & Conditions

• Aadhaar Card scans (front & back) along with PAN card copies are mandatory for passengers as per Government of India regulations. No booking will be processed without proper documentation.
• Bookings and flights are refundable as per hotel and airline cancellation policies.
• 100% cancellation charges may apply.

Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation requests must be sent via Email and Phone / WhatsApp.
• From booking date to 30 days before departure: ₹2,000 per person communication charges or 10% of total amount + 18% GST, whichever is lower.
• 30 – 15 days prior to departure: 25% of tour cost
• 14 – 07 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
• 07 – 03 days prior to departure: 75% of tour cost
• 02 days / No-show: 100% of tour cost

We will always make our best possible effort to minimize cancellation charges wherever possible.

Exclusions:

• Flight costs are given above separately.
• Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, telephone, laundry bills ETC.
• Tips and porter charges.
• Any additional expenses due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions.
• Booking is not hold yet, so the above hotel & flight rates are subject to availability.
• TCS (Refundable) will be applicable on booking.
