Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Role of GoYaatra

• GoYaatra acts as a travel facilitator and booking agent.
• We do not own or operate trains, airlines, cruises, hotels, or transport services.
• All bookings are governed by the policies of the respective service providers.

2. Booking Confirmation

• A booking request is confirmed only after payment and issuance of ticket / PNR / voucher.
• Fares and availability may change until final confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to availability and provider rules.
• Taxes, fuel charges, or fees may change without prior notice.
• Non-payment within the stipulated time may lead to cancellation of the request.

4. Train Booking – Special Conditions

• Train bookings are governed by Indian Railways / IRCTC rules.
• Seat or berth preferences are request-based only and not guaranteed.
• Tatkal bookings depend on limited availability and dynamic pricing.
• RAC / Waitlisted tickets follow railway norms.

5. Amendments & Changes

• Any change in confirmed bookings is subject to provider rules and availability.
• Additional charges may apply for amendments.
• Some bookings may be non-amendable.

6. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers must provide accurate personal and travel details.
• Valid government-issued ID is mandatory during travel.
• GoYaatra is not responsible for issues due to incorrect information provided by the user.

7. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

• GoYaatra is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond its control.
• Liability, if any, is limited strictly to the service fee charged by GoYaatra.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• All bookings are governed under the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to Indian courts only.
