- Service charges, convenience fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2. Train Ticket Cancellation
- Train ticket cancellations are subject to Indian Railways / IRCTC rules.
- Refund amount depends on ticket status (Confirmed, RAC, or Waitlisted).
- Tatkal tickets may be non-refundable or partially refundable as per railway rules.
- Seat or berth preference does not affect cancellation charges.
3. Flight Ticket Cancellation
- Flight cancellations are subject to airline-specific fare rules.
- Some discounted or promotional fares may be non-refundable.
- Airline rescheduling or cancellation fees may apply.
4. Cruise, Hotel & Holiday Package Cancellation
- Cancellation charges depend on cruise line, hotel, or package provider policies.
- Higher charges may apply for last-minute cancellations.
- No-shows may attract 100% cancellation charges.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are initiated only after confirmation from the service provider.
- Processing time may vary between 7–21 working days.
- Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.
6. Partial Refunds
- Partially utilized services are generally non-refundable.
- Refund amounts may be reduced due to provider penalties.
7. Force Majeure
- No refunds are guaranteed in case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Any refund in such cases is subject to service provider discretion.

- Refund timelines depend on banks and payment gateways.
- GoYaatra is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.
