Detailed Itinerary
Pick up from Dehradun Railway Station at 6:30 AM. Scenic 10-hour drive along Yamuna River to Sankri base camp (6,400 ft). Briefing & overnight stay in Sankri homestay.
Drive 12 km from Sankri to Taluka. Start 11 km trek along Supin River through lush pine and walnut forests to Pauni Garaat campsite (8,200 ft). Overnight stay in tents.
Trek 8 km from Pauni Garaat to Kalkattiyadhaar campsite (9,800 ft). Pass by the historic Osla village famous for its wooden houses & Someshwar Devta Temple. Overnight stay in tents.
Summit Day: Trek 5 km from Kalkattiyadhaar to Har Ki Dun valley (11,800 ft). Behold mesmerising close-up views of Swargarohini I, II, III peaks, Jaundhar Glacier & Black Peak. Trek back to Kalkattiyadhaar for overnight stay.
Trek down 13 km from Kalkattiyadhaar to Pauni Garaat / Osla village. Explore local mountain life & culture. Overnight stay in tents.
Trek back 11 km from Pauni Garaat to Taluka. Drive back to Sankri base camp. Celebrate trek completion. Overnight stay in Sankri.
After breakfast, drive back from Sankri to Dehradun. Reach Dehradun by 7:00 PM for your onward journey.
