Detailed Itinerary
Arrive in Pokhara. Meet guide, gear check & trip orientation. Enjoy evening boat ride on Fewa Lake with views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) peak. Overnight stay in Pokhara hotel.
Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul / Ghandruk. Trek through lush oak forests and terraced fields to Chhomrong village (2,170m). Overnight stay in teahouse lodge.
Descend Chhomrong steps, cross Modi Khola river, and climb up through bamboo & rhododendron forests to Himalaya / Dovan (2,600m). Overnight stay in teahouse.
Trek past Hinku Cave to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC - 3,700m). Continue 2-hour ascent into the Annapurna Sanctuary to reach Annapurna Base Camp (ABC - 4,130m). Sunset over 8,000m peaks. Overnight stay at ABC teahouse.
Wake up for spectacular golden sunrise over Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Fishtail. Trek back down through MBC and Dovan to Bamboo (2,310m). Overnight stay in teahouse.
Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda. Enjoy a soothing soak in natural hot springs on the banks of Modi Khola river to relax muscles. Overnight stay in Jhinu Danda.
Trek from Siwai roadhead. Drive back to Pokhara. Evening celebration dinner in Pokhara Lakeside market. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
After breakfast, check out from Pokhara hotel for transfer to Kathmandu or onward travel.
